Job Title: Facilities and Administrative Services Associate
Location: Madison, AL
Pay Range: $20-25 per hour
What's the Job?
- Perform analysis of maintenance and repairs needed, delegating tasks to site landlords or off-site contractors.
- Conduct light facilities work such as changing light bulbs and moderate office space repairs.
- Monitor and respond to work order ticket platforms, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Receive, sort, and deliver all incoming mail and packages according to assigned floors within established time frames.
- Organize and distribute supplies to client employees, maintaining inventory and ensuring a neat supply area.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and vendors.
- Proficiency in using tools and techniques for various light facilities tasks.
- Must have the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background check.
