Salary and Benefits

The Facilities Administrator will be compensated at an hourly rate of $15-$17 per hour, depending on experience. This position offers a range of benefits, including flexible scheduling, growth opportunities, and a clean, safe work environment. Additionally, employees are eligible for a 401k match and $50 of free laundry per month.

Job Description

The Facilities Administrator will play a critical role in supporting the operations of Clean Laundry's locations. Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the location 17-22 hours per week
  • Bookkeeping: Count money and coins, log financial data, bank deposits
  • Ensuring stores are being kept in like new condition through utilizing shift cleaning task lists and performing deep cleaning tasks as needed
  • Restocking of vending equipment
  • New employee orientation, onboarding and training
  • Communication with leader of any staff issues, training opportunities that need to be addressed
  • Inventory management of supplies
  • Facilities Maintenance: Simple maintenance and repair of our washers, dryers, and equipment (Training will be provided)
  • Communication with leader of any additional repairs or maintenance that may be required
  • Provide an excellent customer experience to guests
