The Facilities Maintenance Associate will be responsible for performing routine inspections of buildings and grounds to ensure optimal functioning. Key responsibilities include:

• Performing monthly preventative maintenance
• Handling tenant service orders
• Making HVAC automation adjustments
• Completing work requests within 24 hours of receipt
• Maintaining grounds care and housekeeping as needed
• Preparing vacant commercial suites for new tenants
• Conducting daily building inspections
• Reporting accidents, emergencies, or safety concerns to supervisor immediately
