Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Facilities Associate to join our team at Henssler Property Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the property's grounds and assisting in managing the property efficiently.

Main Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and raking shrub areas, shoveling mud, and using a blower to keep sidewalks clean.
  • Repair and replace windows, screens, and sliding glass doors as needed.
  • Assist with various physical tasks, including tearing down fences, digging post holes, and carrying abandoned furniture.
  • Distribute resident communications, including newsletters and pest control notices.
Requirements
  • Predictable attendance and ability to report to work on time are required.
  • The successful candidate must be physically able to complete assigned job duties and take direction.

The estimated salary for this position is $42,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on experience.
