Responsibilities

Manage the employee life cycle from on-boarding to off-boarding Support implementation of corporate-wide policies, procedures, systems, and initiatives Provide coaching, direction, and counsel to the site business leadership team, as well as all levels of employees to proactively anticipate, prevent, and resolve a wide area of HR issues Program management in areas including employee performance, annual compensation review, manager and employee development, and succession planning Provide individual and group training on a variety of HR tools, policies, and procedures, management training and topics as required Partnering with hiring managers to support the full cycle of the recruiting process Answer and assist field offices with general HR questions and requests Assist with time card collection and ad hoc HR reports Other administrative duties as required

Skills onboarding (2 years of experience is required) offboarding full employee life cycle Recruit federal employment law California employment law Employee Relations implementation of policies Human Resources warehouse enviornment (1 year of experience is required) Human Resources Generalist (2 years of experience is required)
