Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for closing sales and winning new business within a defined territory.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow our business while growing yours by implementing a top-down sales strategy
  • Turn prospects into loyal and referring clients by recommending the right solutions to help our clients understand and solve their real business needs
  • Deepen relationships across the ADP family by strategically cross-selling with other ADP associates to cultivate additional business within existing accounts
  • Collaborate daily with clients, internal partners, and overall network to demonstrate grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A positive self-starter with an upbeat, persistent style and the ability to cold call without fear of rejection
  • Strategic closing skills with an established network and experience carrying a quota in outside business-to-business sales
  • A proven winner with an ambitious spirit and the ability to thrive under pressure
  • A college degree is great, but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job
