Sales Bizlab is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Events Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about event planning and coordination, and eager to gain hands-on experience in the field. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, organization, and execution of various events to promote our brand and engage our audience

Job: Full time

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$25.50 - $34.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events, including conferences, seminars, trade shows, and corporate meetings.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and equipment rental.
  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and participants to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Help with the creation of event materials, such as invitations, agendas, and promotional content.
  • Monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist in the preparation of post-event reports and analysis to measure event success and gather feedback.
  • Provide on-site support during events, handling any issues that arise and ensuring attendees have a positive experience.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
