Job Summary

Education & Experience

- Proficiency in front desk operations, night audit processes, and hotel management software
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards excellence
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus for effective communication with international guests

Requirements

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and train front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service
- Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with precision and professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Oversee night audit procedures and resolve any issues that may arise during the night shift
- Maintain accurate records of room inventory, rates, and financial transactions
- Implement strategies to optimize front office operations and enhance guest satisfaction
