You will be joining one of Workday's most exciting & innovative product and technology teams With nearly 250 employees globally, Talent Development Engineering's core mission is to improve the work day of those who are responsible for their company's Recruiting, Learning, Talent Optimisation & Skills objectives. This Program Manager will support our growth and continued success, reporting to the Director of Business Operations and will work with many project teams, primarily in Pleasanton, but also in Atlanta, Vancouver & Dublin.
About the Role
We are seeking a chief organizer and outstanding communicator to join the Talent Development Business Operations team as a Program Manager. This person will work closely with business unit leaders and key partners to support alignment and engagement within and across Talent Development's organizational pillars. A key focus of this role is to organize and effectively communicate initiatives to our people and partners across the Pleasanton, Dublin, Atlanta & Vancouver offices.
We are looking for someone who is a great teammate, highly motivated, hyper-organized, and super passionate about excellent people doing extraordinary work.

About You
Basic Qualifications
5+ years Program or Project Management experience or other related experience
Bachelors degree in Business or related fields
Other Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization and time management skills
Self-starter, passionate, enthusiastic, high energy
Enjoys building positive relationships and partnerships across teams
Comfortable speaking in front of large groups of people
Ability to multi-task across multiple priorities and initiatives

Workday Pay Transparency Statement
The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
