The representative role provides support and is accountable for the operational implementation of the ministry-wide Patient Experience goals, initiatives, and programs; ensuring regulatory compliance with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Title XXII, and The Joint Commission.

Required qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
  • California Registered Nurse License upon hire

  • Bachelor's Degree in accredited educational institution.
  • Experience with a Quality Risk Event Incident Reporting System
  • Experience with an Electronic Medical Record System
