Patient Relations Specialist RN

The Patient Relations Specialist collaborates with caregivers and hospital departments to provide a service-centered experience for patients and families. The Patient Relations Specialist serves within the department of Patient Experience, Quality Management. The representative role provides support and is accountable for the operational implementation of the ministry-wide Patient Experience goals, initiatives, and programs; ensuring regulatory compliance with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Title XXII, and The Joint Commission.

Required qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire
- 5 years of Customer Relations, social services, or clinical experience (or combination)
- 1 year in a hospital/healthcare or clinical setting
- Bachelor's Degree in accredited educational institution.
- Experience with a Quality Risk Event Incident Reporting System
- Experience with an Electronic Medical Record System

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
