This position reports to the Sr. Manager of Business Development – Technology Partners Responsibilities: Proactively Identify new business opportunities through market research, building relationships and leveraging existing accounts for deeper & wider penetration. Follow and explore market trends, utilize the findings to inspire the next step to grow the Havis business. Communication – actively share your business development plan, progress and working initiatives; celebrate the wins and evaluate the losses. Collaboration- be an active participant in brainstorming opportunities- freely share knowledge and ideas for go to market strategies and business growth ideas. Team Engagement –leverage existing Havis relationships, knowledge and experience to help develop a creative Technology Partner growth plan for all vertical market segments Relentlessly pursue and constantly follow up on opportunities to grow exposure and recognition of Havis brand Understanding of the total Ecosystem and the Distribution Channel to expand our Havis presence with Technology Partners, Distributors, Resellers, ISV’s and all applicable. Work closely with the Sr. Business Development Manager to define and execute growth plans for each Technology Partner by vertical market, to include detailed timelines and engagement strategies. Facilitate and foster relationships between the broader sales, product and engineering teams to ensure alignment within the same disciplines of our Technology Partners Work closely with multiple Havis business units, at all levels, for assistance and creative collaboration for ideas and answers. Obtain/maintain an in-depth knowledge of Havis vertical markets, regions, products, and competitors Participate accordingly in marketing initiatives and activities including company-sponsored, partner or industry events. Act as a face of the company at trade shows and other exhibiting events Full utilization of Havis management systems i.e. Sales Force, Successful Channels, BI, Project Tracker, etc. to enter opportunities, track progress, measure partner performance, create and execute business plans Establish and maintain professional relationships with key players at all levels within our partner organizations Consistently consider process improvements to optimize partner management activities and achieve growth. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business related field or equivalent work experience

MBA/Master’s degree, a plus

5+ years of successful business development experience in technology Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%, including Havis HQ visits. Position location must be on the East Coast. Exceptional organizational skills Communicative and collaborative Dynamic and energetic with a proven success managing and developing new business Possess the confidence, enthusiasm, maturity and presence to be an ambassador for the Havis brand.
