**DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:**

Exciting opportunity to provide new models of care for walk-in/urgent care access including days, evenings and weekends. The new CHA CBHC Malden program provides behavioral health evaluation and initial treatment services for individuals of all ages.

**Summary:**

Responsible for the evaluation and treatment of an assigned caseload of clients, providing a range of psychosocial care. Works at one or more service sites, under social work clinical supervision and administrative supervision at the service site or in the service line.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**

+ Current MA licensure as LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) or eligibility for licensure.

+ Work Experience: Minimum of clinical internship training or job experience in clinical human service work with population specific to service site.
