Job DescriptionJob Description

Salary: $62k for unlicensed, $64k for licensed, stipend for bilingual Outpatient Clinicians of $2,000 on top of the base salary

Schedule: Mon-Fri, day and evening hours, 40hrs/week

Can apply for up to 2 remote days per week, after the 6 month new hire probationary period, and remain in good standing in their position and are meeting productivity requirements

Benefits: PTO, medical, dental, vision and life insurance, tuition reimbursement, 401K and more

Requirements

  • Master Degree in Social work or related field
  • Clinical license a plus but not required
  • Must be able to pass CORI, DCF and driving background checks, and occasional travel is required

Essential Functions

  • Provides outpatient mental health services for an assigned client caseload
  • Conducts CANS, Comprehensive Assessments, and treatment plans according to timeframe specifications
  • Provides clinical services to assigned client caseload, including individual, family, and group therapy
  • Documents and maintains client progress in agency EHR system; produces reports and documentation for third party billing and licensing/accreditation requirements
  • Ability to obtain required certifications and licenses, including but not limited to CANS, CPR, First Aid
