Reports to: Director of Foster Care Services
Schedule: Mon-Fri. 9am-5pm
- Our on call is centrally coordinated among all the three offices. We try to have one person from each office. The supervisor is the third layer in the on call chain, we have the primary, secondary, and supervisor. The supervisor will be on a rotation, one or two weeks at a time - this can be flexible as we both deems it necessary. The expectation is mostly over the phone coordination, very rarely we provide an in-person support.

Requirements: Master’s degree in Social Work or related field, Three years supervisor experience, Five years clinical experience, Valid drivers license with verification of auto insurance, Experience working with at risk populations, Knowledgeable in mental health and human development.
Responsible for the effective delivery of Case Management Services through the support of and consultation to Case Managers and Foster Parents; is liaison with funding sources and community resources; assists in program development. Job requires frequent and regular local travel; driving is required with expected vision and coordinated movements associated with driving as tested in qualifying for driving license.
