WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

* Coordinating total dining room operation in a hands-on dining service position including interviewing, hiring and training of restaurant servers. * Supervising, coordinating and assisting with the service and cleaning of all dining spaces. * Developing work schedules and daily assignments for dining room servers. * Maintaining strict sanitary standards as dictated by company policy and health department regulations. * Ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our residents and their guests.
