From GBP45,000.00 per year We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Salesforce Administrator & IT Support Specialist. This dual-role position is crucial in ensuring that our Salesforce platform and IT infrastructure are running efficiently and effectively, providing seamless support to our business operations. This is an in-person role based in Heybridge, offering a great opportunity for anyone looking to avoid a London commute. Key Responsibilities: Translate business requirements into functional specifications for Salesforce development. Perform daily administration of the Salesforce platform, including user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, workflows, and routine tasks. Manage and maintain data integrity, security, and compliance within Salesforce. Customise and configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validations. User Support and Training: Provide day-to-day support to Salesforce users, troubleshoot issues, and offer guidance on best practices. Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for new and existing users to enhance their understanding and usage of Salesforce. Process Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions within the Salesforce platform. Design and implement enhancements to streamline and optimise business processes using Salesforce automation tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Lightning components. Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. IT Support: Provide first-level support for Microsoft 365, Craft CMS, Oracle NetSuite, mobile phones, VoIP systems, office applications, and hardware. Manage user administration in Active Directory. Support networking, WiFi, firewalls, printer management, and hardware setup. Maintain a high standard of customer service and technical support to internal users. Personal Specifications: Extensive experience with Salesforce, including customisation and configuration. Willingness to undertake training and examinations if required. Strong knowledge and understanding of Microsoft 365, Craft CMS, Oracle NetSuite, and Salesforce. Experience with mobile phone and VoIP system management. Office applications support and Windows Server knowledge. Understanding of user administration in Active Directory, networking, and hardware management. Experience providing first-level support to an internal user base. Salesforce Certified Admin certification and knowledge of Craft CMS/WordPress and Sonos/AV setups would be advantageous. Excellent communication skills and a sociable, fun personality. Self-motivated achiever with the ability to think logically, meet deadlines, and effectively prioritise workload. Who Are We?
