The Client Success Manager plays a crucial role in fostering and sustaining relationships with key stakeholders and accounts to enhance commercial operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile a current directory of property and facility managers within commercial properties
  • Engage in outreach to potential businesses through emails, phone calls, and in-person meetings
  • Conduct B2B sales targeting clients in the commercial property sector who require restoration services
  • Arrange face-to-face meetings with prospective commercial accounts
  • Enhance and maintain existing commercial relationships
  • Document and track weekly activities and scheduled meetings
  • Develop and implement sales policies, principles, and procedures
  • Maintain a log of commercial client contacts and sales pipeline
  • Analyze market conditions to inform sales strategies
  • Coordinate and promote company events related to marketing, including:
    • Continuing Education classes
    • Commercial Seminars
    • Lunch and Learn sessions for Insurance Professionals
    • Trade Shows
    • Community Engagement Events
  • Assist with documentation for significant projects
  • Track sales data within our primary operating system
  • Collaborate with Regional Marketing Managers to promote local office initiatives
  • Conduct market research and support lead generation efforts
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions
  • Attend conferences and relevant trade shows

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Strong customer service and administrative skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in conducting meetings
  • Sales aptitude
  • Self-motivated and assertive
  • Ability to learn and utilize primary operating systems: RMS, SalesForce

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of two years in an outside sales (B2B) role
  • At least one year in a customer service position

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in the restoration, construction, or insurance sectors

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain stationary for up to 50% of the time
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods during business development activities
  • Occasional movement within the office and client locations
  • Frequent use of computers and office machinery
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients in person and over the phone
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • Occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs

Work Environment:
The role primarily involves indoor work, with exposure to standard office conditions. Occasional outdoor work may be required for job sites and events.

Travel Requirements:
Local travel may be necessary based on job responsibilities, potentially up to 70%.
