Job Title: Project Engineer

Job Description

As a Project Engineer, you will be instrumental in enhancing the reliability of equipment, utilities, critical systems, and maintenance processes. Your role will involve applying Reliability Centered Maintenance principles and root cause analysis methodologies to bolster manufacturing operations. You will be tasked with developing maintenance strategies, plans, SOPs, parts lists, BOMs, and maintenance frequencies for both new and modified equipment. Additionally, you will review, improve, and update maintenance SOPs, parts lists, BOMs, and ensure CMMS data integrity for existing equipment. You will perform data analysis of corrective work orders in CMMS to pinpoint trends and improvement areas, conduct functional equivalency assessments of spare parts, and troubleshoot equipment issues. Your role also includes conducting root cause failure analysis, failure mode effect analysis, executing reliability-centered maintenance, and supporting predictive maintenance implementation across the facility. Identifying cost, waste, and energy reduction opportunities, along with reporting on project and operational metrics, will also be part of your responsibilities.
