What You'll Do:

  • Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and on-site teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Serve as the liaison for client updates, ensuring they are informed and satisfied with project progress.
  • Organize and maintain essential project documents, such as contracts, RFIs, and logs, keeping everything accessible and up to date.
  • Identify potential issues early on and work to develop solutions to keep projects running smoothly.
  • Ensure all work meets Uprite Construction's high standards for quality and safety.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any on-the-ground challenges.


What You'll Bring:

  • A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in construction or project engineering.
  • Strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with project management software like Procore, CMIC, or MS Project, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of professionals.
  • A proactive approach to anticipating challenges and resolving them before they escalate.
  • A genuine interest in the construction industry and the drive to advance your career in this field.
