Pay rate: $20 - 22/hr.
Schedule: 1st shift

Service Desk Specialist essential functions:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical assistance, providing swift support to internal customers and ensuring service restoration across systems and applications.
  • Maintain technical documentation and business processes, enforce and suggest improvements in procedures, and provide KPI reports.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve LAN, PC, hardware, and software issues, installing and configuring new systems, and offering training to users.
  • Provide 24/7 on-call support, document all work in the helpdesk system, and collaborate with System Administrators to test new technologies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • 5+ years in corporate technical support.
  • Expertise in Windows OS, desktop hardware, and common corporate software.
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
