The Judge Group is seeking second shift bilingual (English/Spanish) Warehouse Supervisors for a distribution facility Hazleton, PA Area The qualified candidate will be responsible for the daily operation of selection and loading of products and maintaining the productivity level for hourly associates. They will be a role model and demonstrate the companys core values and leadership model behaviors.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicates with other supervisors and the Assistant Manager on day-to-day operational activities
  • Conducts safety audits and daily safety reviews
  • Reviews daily manpower and production requirements and adjusts when needed
  • Monitors loading dock policies and procedures
  • Conducts order selection audits and letdown accuracy
  • Ensures that production has the right amount of shipping materials
  • Observes all inventory levels
  • Reviews productivity and issues corrective action when needed
  • Trains and develops hourly employees

Qualifications:

  • MUST be fluent in Spanish
  • MUST be open to shift
  • Must have distribution experience and management training experience
  • Must be an effective communicator in both written and oral form
  • Prior leadership experience is a plus
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment
  • Might be required to complete skills and ability testing
