Reports to Executive Vice President and General Counsel. *This is an Analyst level role with opportunity to grow into a larger role with more responsibilities.* Maintain and facilitate relationships with multiple insurance brokers, underwriters and service providers to place and manage insurance renewals for the Company and its affiliates (including joint ventures) with multiple, effective dates and locations to ensure that the Company’s interests are appropriately served and protected at all times. Review and monitor insurance programs maintained by third-party operators of the Company’s hospitality assets to ensure the Company’s interests are appropriately served and protected. Recommend and implement cost-efficient loss prevention programs to maintain maximum protection of the organization’s assets and employees, including insured and self-insured programs to minimize workplace hazards and provide risk assessment and control programs. Review, consult and advise on first and third-party contracts with Legal Department on indemnity, required insurance coverages/verbiage, hold harmless and other various insurance requirements. Assist Corporate Security and Human Resources teams in the investigation and reporting of accidents and investigations. Coordinate follow-up with insurance companies, TPAs, adjusters and attorneys. Assist the Legal Department in liability and lawsuit claims activities. In conjunction with Legal Department responsibilities, set claim reserves. Assist the Company in ensuring compliance with safety legislation, industry practices and market requirements involving Company’s services. Submit risk management and related reports to regulatory agencies and comply with all law requirements. Provide continual assessment and advice to management on alternative means of risk management. Perform other duties as assigned. Education:

Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, or related field preferred Experience: 3+ years related insurance industry or risk management experience required, preferably in a hospitality or entertainment setting Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Effective organizational, leadership and negotiation skills Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining safety and loss control programs, policies and procedures and claims management Ability to identify, analyze and communicate exposure to loss to multiple levels of internal and external customers and initiate steps to minimize risk Solid computer proficiency
