Voltyx is seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for servicing our companies' insurance and surety needs, including bid bonds, performance bonds, and certificates of insurance.
Key Responsibilities- Bond and Certificate Management: Coordinate all bond activities with internal companies, review contracts for insurance requirements, and secure authorization for bond requests.
- Claim Servicing: Coordinate claim reporting, assist with investigations, and communicate with parent company, outside broker, and internal subject matter experts to collect pertinent information.
- Interface with Brokers and Parent Company: Work closely with brokers and parent company to complete insurance renewals, attend pre-underwriting meetings, and manage renewal timelines.
- Support Day-to-Day Administration: Maintain policies, endorsements, and related correspondence, collect and review updated company exposures, and analyze exposure data for patterns and trends.
- Minimum of two years of experience in risk management or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management or a Business-related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
