Your challenges

Perform service efficiently on instruments and equipment. Define customer needs, understand service products, quote, and sell Eppendorf products. Establish and maintain a high degree of technical knowledge pertaining to service activities. Create a high level of customer satisfaction through exhibiting excellent both technical and customer skills. Ability to travel extensively, including overnight travel. Promote the sale of Eppendorf service products to meet budgeted and associated goals. Ensure inventory management of spare parts is accurate. Properly care for company tools and corporate assets such as company vehicle. Adhere to universal safety precautions and follow all required elements of the Quality Management System. Your expertise

Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school or equivalent military training, and three to five years’ related experience and/or training. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals, technical procedures, schematics, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry, also concepts such as fractions, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Ability to deal with nonverbal symbolism (formulas, scientific equations, and graphs). Proficiency in computer applications using Windows based software. Valid driver’s license required.
