Primary administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS). Key duties include: Addresses technical issues Manages user enrollments Manages any integrations with other platforms Writes and distributes reports Manages training content updates Manages the certification and enrollment processes Primary contact for LMS vendor relationship Assists in developing Agency-specific training materials. Curates external content library. Tracks and reports on employee participation and assessment results. Works with designated Division training contacts to assist with selecting material, setting up trainings, delivering reports, etc. Creates training calendars and arranges for internal or external trainers. Coordinates materials and facilities for training sessions, including handouts, supplies, technology, and virtual or physical conference rooms. Delivers predesigned in-person training programs. Gathers feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Performs work under minimal supervision. Handles complex issues and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses some knowledge of the subject matter. Ability to work as part of a team. Strong technical skills. Oral and written communication skills. Presentation skills. Ability to build collaborative relationships. Ability to meet deadlines. Planning and organization skills. Associate's or Bachelor's in Learning & Development, Training, HR, or related field preferred.
