We are seeking a CSC Customer Service Rep II to join our Customer Service team.
The primary responsibilities of this role include answering phones for both public and internal customers, documenting and dispatching work requests, assisting in special projects, and monitoring environmental alarms.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Answering phones for public and internal customers
Documenting and dispatching work requests
Assisting in special projects
Monitoring environmental alarms
Assisting with workflow and assignments for patient transporters
Providing feedback to leadership on process improvements
Performing all position appropriate duties in a competent, professional, and courteous manner
Education Qualification:
High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
Required Skills:
Ability to handle difficult situations and provide conflict resolution
Ability to read and write in English
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in an administrative support role and/or customer service preferred
Healthcare, call center, or dispatch service experience preferred
Management retains the right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities as needed
Pay Range:
$17 - $18/hr.
