PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Sales & Marketing Analyst is a brand-new position being created due to our continued growth across the country. The position will work closely with our Director of Trade Analytics and our VP of Marketing to implement our sales & marketing strategy. Job responsibilities include:

Clean and organize raw data, oversee syndicated sales data collection (SPINS, Retail Link, etc.), and follow through with action plan.

Support sales team with creation of slides to support selling stories and sales strategy.

Present the monthly syndicated data review meeting by setting the agenda, the key takeaways, and recommendations for internal teams.

Create and maintain visualizations and dashboards to help the company interpret data and make decisions.

Deliver key inputs to annual planning and periodic re-planning on the business to include involvement with annual business review, brand plans, and longer-term vision and strategy

Assist VP of Marketing with weekly monitoring of ecommerce platforms like Instacart as well as those of large customers like Walmart, Target, Publix, and Albertsons

Provide administrative support to the sales team

Other ad hoc responsibilities as needed

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree and 1-3+ years experience within CPG industry (preferred)

Experience with syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen, or SPINS)

Advanced Excel & PowerPoint knowledge is essential (experience with Pivot Tables, SumIfs, Vlookups, If statements, linking multiple files, etc.)

Experience with Walmarts Retail Link and Target Vendor Portal a plus

Position is onsite in Auburn, Maine
