Bachelor’s degree in Business , Logistics, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus. Extensive knowledge of export, air, and ocean logistics . Demonstrated success in expanding market presence and driving sales growth. Strong background in team building and mentoring. Ability to inspire and motivate a sales team, driving both individual and team performance. Established network of industry contacts and a solid understanding of key market dynamics. Fluency in English is required . Japanese language skills are desirable but not mandatory.
