Human Resources Information System Analyst

- 2-5+ years using PeopleSoft (9.1)
- Proficient with Excel
- HRIS experience
- Experience across all HR teams, including payroll and benefits
- Data analytics, data integrity and entry
Day to Day:
Insight Global is seeking a HR PeopleSoft Business Analyst to help support a large University in New Jersey within their HR department. This person will partner closely with payroll, benefits, HR operations and central IT. Maintains PeopleSoft integrations via troubleshooting, issue resolution, and enhancements. Assists with gathering requirements for system modifications, testing system modifications, testing upgrades and fixes, and integrating 3rd party systems into the existing HRIS systems. Prepares data files that aid in updating mass employment records for purposes of job-related changes and fiscal / year-end re-evaluation processes. Collaborates with HRIS leadership to provide systematic approaches to enhance system functionality and support best business practices.
