HRIS Specialist (Hybrid)

Location: Midtown, NY

Pay: $35-40HR DOE

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting extensive data entry and analysis of HR-related information
  • Demonstrating proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting purposes
  • Utilizing HRIS systems for data entry, maintenance, and reporting
  • Managing the entry and maintenance of HRIS systems
  • Testing and troubleshooting HRIS features, ensuring system functionality and efficiency
  • Generating and interpreting analytical reports to support HR decision-making processes
  • Assisting in the implementation, testing, and delivery of HRIS and other employee software platforms
  • Collaborating with team members to streamline system efficiencies and oversee project updates

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in HRIS or related field
  • Previous experience in HR or related role preferred
  • Comfortable with both data entry and data analysis tasks
  • Proficient in Excel with the ability to manipulate and interpret data effectively
  • Experience with HRIS systems, preferably UKG - Ultimate Kronos
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration related field preferred
