Top-Tier Bank in Manhattan is seeking a Human Resources Associate
Responsibilities:
- Conduct new hire orientation and manage the on-boarding process for all interns
- Answer employee questions related to HR policies and practices
- Conduct exit interviews for varying levels of employees
- Run regular and ad hoc reports from HR systems
- Assist with recruiting, mobility, talent management, employee relations and managing the summer intern and analyst programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of previous Human Resources experience
- Experience with campus recruitment is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
