We are seeking a motivated and friendly Front Desk Representative to become a vital part of our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, making a lasting first impression by providing excellent customer service. Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, from greeting and assisting visitors to managing inquiries and ensuring the front desk operates smoothly. You will handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule and confirm appointments as required.
- Assist visitors with inquiries and provide relevant information.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain accurate records of visitor logs and appointments.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Representative or similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multitasking effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for customer service.
