We are currently seeking a talented Project Manager with expertise in Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center to join our dynamic team and drive the success of our projects.

As a Project Manager specializing in Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the implementation and deployment of these solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery, from initial planning and scoping to execution, ensuring successful implementation within scope, budget, and timeline constraints. Your expertise in Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center will be crucial in guiding our clients through the deployment process and maximizing the value they derive from these solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Scoping:

Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with client needs. Conduct thorough assessments of client environments to identify technical requirements and potential challenges.

Resource Management:

Allocate resources effectively to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with internal teams, including solution architects, engineers, and support staff, to optimize resource utilization.

Stakeholder Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Communicate project status updates, milestones, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner. Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address challenges proactively. Monitor project progress and promptly address any deviations from the plan.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and quality guidelines in all project activities. Conduct thorough testing and validation of Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center implementations to ensure functionality and performance meet client expectations.

Training and Documentation:

Provide training and guidance to clients on the use and administration of Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center solutions. Create comprehensive documentation, including user manuals and technical guides, to support client knowledge transfer and ongoing support efforts.

We're looking for the following experience, skills and qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the telecommunications or IT industry. In-depth knowledge of Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center solutions, including configuration, deployment, and integration capabilities. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
