Job Title: Technical Project Manager
Location: Irving, TX & NYC NY (Onsite)

Duration: Full-time only

Job Description:
  • 12 yrs of overall professional experience with current engagements in project management of BFS projects, specifically Lending, Deposits and Wealth Mgt.
  • Previous technical background in Java based technologies/Rest services/API/microservices required. Candidates should have high level understanding of Digital and microservices architecture, and willing to learn newer technologies as applicable in TPM role.
  • 7-8 years' experience in successfully managing / supporting complex Agile projects through the full project lifecycle, from conception through rollout and ongoing support.
  • Should be very comfortable managing projects in Agile methodology and application of Safe Agilist approach. Safe Agilist and PMP certification preferred.
  • Technical proficiencies in MS Excel/macros/pivot, Project, Word, and PowerPoint required
  • Ability to drive success through ambiguity, resulting from high variable levels of data complexity
  • Experience applying a structured approach (methodology) to the successful management, tracking, planning, monitoring and reporting of concurrent, multiple financial services projects spanning broad geographies and organizations.
  • Experience with enterprise program management tools.
  • Excellent analytical, influencing, facilitation, partnering, structured organizational skills.
  • Experience and ease in interfacing with Senior Management.
  • Individual should be analytical, flexible, team-oriented, have good interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
