We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in Infrastructure or Software Development. This hybrid role requires the candidate to be based in New Jersey and capable of working both remotely and on-site.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage technical projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and stakeholders, to define project requirements, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Facilitate regular project meetings, providing status updates to stakeholders and ensuring alignment across teams. Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress and ensure project documentation is maintained. Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers as necessary.

Qualifications: Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager with a focus on Infrastructure or Software Development projects. Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
