Location: Brooklyn, NY (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months
Work week: 35 hours per week
Hybrid: Work location 2 MTC NY & Remote (3 days in office/ 2 days remote)
MANDATORY SKILLS:
Minimum 8 years of experience overseeing medium to large scale projects.
At least 8 years of experience in
Event Management and Public Safety Emergency Services
A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college
Functional understanding of routing protocols and data delivery techniques
Knowledge of Operations Management - Service Desk, Help Desk, Datacenter
Functional knowledge of
Operating Systems, Databases, and IT Infrastructure elements
Experience with
IT Service Management and Enterprise Monitoring tools Client Professional IT Services
In depth knowledge of Enterprise Monitoring tools for
Service Automation, Service Assurance, and Service Support
Focal point of contact for project management, financial, administrative, and technical issues
Proficient in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Visio
Project Management experience including project planning, scheduling with significant project. Dependencies
Solid technical leadership Experience in a large-scale enterprise environment for
Emergency services
DESIRABLE SKILLS:
PMP Certification.
Project Management experience managing third party service providers.
Solid technical experience in a large-scale enterprise environment for Emergency services.
