What does the job consist?:

Au sein de la direction Innovation, le groupe Product Intgration lead par Franois intervient sur lensemble des projets en phase de dveloppement (quil soit base de Silicium ou non) et soccupe de prparer le passage lIndustrialisation : les ingnieur.e.s et les technicien.ne.s finalisent le meilleur produit tel que dfini par lquipe Product Development et renforcent sa stabilit. Lenjeu est double : avoir des produits innovants robustes et un procd le plus simple possible, conforme aux objectifs de cot et applicable sur nos lignes de production.

Nous avons besoin de renforcer cette quipe pour assurer le dveloppement des futures gnrations de nos produits, toutes technologies confondues, aussi bien le POI (Piezo On Insulator) destination des smartphones pour les marchs de masse (Filtres RF 4G & 5G), le SOI pour le march des objets connects / communications ou que le SmartSic pour l'lectrification des vhicules de demain.

En collaboration avec lensemble des ingnieur.e.s et des technicien.ne.s en charge de la techno au sein de lentit Innovation, vous affinez le dveloppement des nouveaux produits en rponses aux exigences des clients : cela englobe lidentification des dernires optimisations de design en partenariat avec les quipes de Product Development et de Prototyping, la simplification des mtrologies, la prparation du transfert vers la production avec un travail en amont avec les quipes Industrialisation. Votre objectif : livrer au service Industrialisation un procd ready for production. Vos avances sur les produits participeront renforcer notre expertise technique globale, notamment sur linteraction entre les tapes de process, les modes de dfaillances, les paramtres cl, tout en intgrant une dimension design to cost...

Ce que Clment, Onintza et Sbastien apprcient dans ce poste, cest d'accompagner un projet innovant jusqu la veille de son entre en production, davoir une vue globale sur le produit grce un travail en contact avec lensemble des experts dans leur domaine.

Requirements & qualifications:

... en possession dun diplme dingnieur niveau Bac+5 dans le domaine des matriaux ou de la physique et que vous avez, idalement, une premire exprience dans le secteur de la microlectronique.

Vous tes rigoureux.se et vous savez travailler en quipe dans un contexte dentraide et de continuit de service. Vous apprciez de communiquer avec des interlocuteurs varis (niveau et mtiers) et votre proccupation premire est le service client.

Une experience en Integration produit ou transfert technologique sera indniablement un plus.
