About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated

Resource Manager

to strengthen our team, who will be responsible for the allocation of resources, managing staffing logistics, and optimizing team capabilities to support delivery managers and client satisfaction. This role requires a proactive, analytical individual who can forecast resource needs, manage multiple staffing assignments simultaneously, and contribute to the professional growth of the MAS team.

You will: Resource Planning and Allocation:

Assess project requirements and allocate resources accordingly to ensure optimal utilization and balanced workloads. Skills Management:

Work closely with Talent and Delivery management to identify skill gaps, facilitate training programs, and drive professionaldevelopment plans for team members. Project Coordination:

Collaborate with Delivery managementand Account Managers to understand upcoming project demands and prepare resource strategies that align with business goals. Stakeholder Communication : Act as a liaison between Delivery teams, Talent, and senior management to communicate resource statuses, potential challenges, and solutions. Forecasting and Reporting:

Develop and maintain resource & financial forecasting models and tools; provide regular reports to management on resource availability, allocation, and constraints. Support for Project Managers:

Providing ongoing resource management and related support to project managers. You have:

Proficiency in planning, allocating, and re-allocating people, finances, and technology to projects or programs. Ensuring the right resources are available at the right time, for the right work, and at the right cost. Extensive experience with MS Office and project management tools. Excellent analytical, planning and communication skills. Professional Experience:

A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a Resource Management or Project Management role in the IT Services industry. Qualifications:
