Job Overview This position reports to the Regional Leader / VP - Sales and will play a key role in generating new revenue, defining scalable sales processes and creating efficient programs that drive predictable sales productivity with emphasis on new logos, upsell and customer success. Experience and Qualifications: Minimum 7-10 years of B2B Enterprise Sales experience in IT Application Development, maintenance and support / software services with consultative sales approach. Experience in selling solutions in Microsoft tech stacks of service including .NET and Azure Cloud solutions. Experience in selling IT Application Managed Services, and staff augmentation. Professional services selling in the Salesforce ecosystem and enhance customer success through Salesforce including integration, customization, and enhancement. Display a deep understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (lightning, service cloud, marketing cloud, CPQ, sales, analytics cloud). Good understanding about fixed price, T&M engagement model. Strong rolodex in software services business with deep connects and relationships across business sectors in PNW. Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client focused, differentiated and achievable solutions. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Experience in IT service organization with deep understanding and experience in onshore, nearshore and offshore dynamics. Strong ability to interact and influence effectively with C-level executives and team members. Comfortable with work timings involving overlapping time zones. Experience presenting to prospects and customers throughout any phase of the deal cycle. Ability to offer solution-based sales approach. Experience and a proven sales methodology including pipeline management, forecasting, and prospecting for new opportunities. Strong leadership qualities with proven track records. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Drive new logo acquisition focus within sales. Personally manage key accounts as we scale. Manage company CRM, providing key data ensure successful execution of the sales plan to meet or exceed pipeline, bookings, revenue, and retention targets. Partner cross-functionally to define and implement an end-to-end GTM strategy that drives growth into our target prospects. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives. Effectively communicate the value proposition to customers. Compensation Estimated Pay Range: The estimated pay range for this position is USD $160,000.00/Yr. - USD $180,000.00/Yr. (plus commission) and is an Exempt role.
