Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the Senior Director of Marketing will play a key role in shaping our marketing strategy and executing campaigns to achieve our business objectives. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Oversee all aspects of performance marketing, including paid advertising, SEM, SEO, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization. Lead brand development efforts, ensuring consistency and alignment with company values and positioning. Manage the creation and distribution of compelling content across various channels, including blog posts, social media, videos, and other digital assets. Collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and customer needs. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Manage a high-performing team of marketing professionals, providing leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities. Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 5 years in leadership positions within the tech industry. Proven track record of driving measurable results through performance marketing campaigns and brand initiatives. Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends. Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire a team of marketing professionals to achieve ambitious goals. Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
