Major Responsibilities:
Manage the standing MIS regulatory request process and submit all requested MIS to regulators.

Support end-to-end regulatory exam management, including meeting scheduling, organization of document productions, responding to regulatory requests for information, and drafting meeting summaries/minutes.

Provide support to RAO Team Leaders on regulatory exams and executing assigned tasks on exams.

Engage with Business Unit and other key stakeholders to monitor open issues (MRA/MRIAs), remediation activities and key milestones, and issue escalation.

Build relationships with all primary regulators and examination staff.

Communicate with Tokyo HO stakeholders, including, but not limited to, MUFG Bank Global Planning Division and MUFG Government and Regulatory Affairs Office

Requirements:
2+ years experience in regulatory relations / regulatory exam management and knowledge of heightened regulatory environments.

Attention to detail with ability to complete work accurately and in a timely manner against strict deadlines.

Exam management and strong project management skills supporting exams and regulatory projects for the financial services industry.

Proficient in organizing and tracking progress on multiple tasks and projects with strong follow through and time management skills

Proficiency with MS office applications

The typical base pay range for this role is between $100K - $115K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
