Join a dynamic construction firm at the forefront of high-rise developments in Florida. Our client is seeking an experienced Director of Scheduling to lead and optimize project timelines, ensuring the successful and timely completion of high-profile high-rise construction projects.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and lead the scheduling department, ensuring the development and maintenance of accurate project schedules for high-rise construction projects.
Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and other stakeholders to create detailed project schedules, including sequencing of activities, resource allocation, and critical path analysis.
Implement best practices and innovative scheduling techniques to enhance project efficiency and minimize delays.
Conduct regular schedule reviews and updates, providing insightful analysis to project teams and management.
Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive scheduling strategy for high-rise construction projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies related to project timelines.
Provide training and guidance to project teams on effective scheduling practices.
