Detailed responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Coaching all Team Members and Team Leaders on operational imperatives
  • Drives Customer Experience Monitor (CEM) scores through Winning Hearts Every Day strategy
  • End of Month counts and processes
  • Scheduling and agenda preparation for Director Meetings and Shift Leader Meetings
  • Update the scoreboard regularly
  • Proactively problem-solves and drives initiatives for bottlenecks
  • Build a talent pipeline within the team, recognizing and developing individuals with leadership potential and succession, planning
  • Regularly coach and track accountability among the team
  • Ensure cascading communication to leadership and Team Members
  • Actively engage in personal management systems, including calendar, communication, emails, etc.
  • Monitor reports and create action plans provided by the Smart Shop Report and the Food Safety Report
  • Utilize Chick-fil-A resources for Operational Requirements
  • Maintain a working knowledge of pertinent reports: Fee Calculation Report, Food Cost Report, Talent Investment Report and Analytics Hub
  • Ensure operations for 35+ hours weekly with 10 hours dedicated to meetings and administrative work
  • Model professionalism in appearance, communication, and behavior
  • Provides accountability surrounding the schedule: call-outs and labor hours used while abiding by Florida Labor Laws
