Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Manager:Directly engage with customers to effectively promote the benefits and features of TruConnect's products and services in targeted markets and local eventsContinuously develop skills to effectively hire, train, motivate, and advise internal sales teams to ensure they are meeting revenue objectivesWork closely with management and client executives to understand TruConnect's business objectives and develop effective sales and marketing strategies to meet their needsUtilize marketing and promotional materials to ensure the enrollment of quality customers and ensure repeat businessAchieve company objectives by analyzing campaign performance data, developing sales goals, and forecasting market trendsCollaborate with senior management to design and lead training sessions that enhance sales skills and product knowledgeRequirements of the Entry Level Sales Manager:College degree in Business Administration, Communications or a related field is highly preferred but not requiredReputation for going above and beyond to motivate others to achieve goalsUnmatched work ethic, competitive spirit, and eagerness to advance in a management roleHighly motivated with a team player mentality and dedication to success Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry eventsFlexibility to work evenings and weekends, as needed
