We'd love to have you as a shareholder YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:The Business Development Associate is responsible for supporting Rosendin's commercial electrical Business Development Team with project pursuits, company branding material and daily support of the department.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Supports Business Development Team by assisting in the development and maintenance of assets and material per corporate guidelines (i.e. proposal content, resumes, project data sheets, etc.)Participates in daily support activities for the Business Development Team (i.e. monitoring BD Email Correspondence, coordinate meetings and general assistance to BDM sales team).Required to assist with prequals and proposals as necessaryMaintains library of standard corporate branded materials and project filesAssist entire team with client relationships (outreach, pipeline management, etc.)Offers support for travel and conference organization.Provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.Attends meetings and takes meeting notesAssists in maintaining internal databases, we well as data entry to corporate CRMThe duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position.
