As a Customer Service Representative, you'll:
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone and email with speed, accuracy, and a smile.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and address customer needs.
- Use tools like Zendesk and internal systems to manage and resolve tickets.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, analyze data, and provide insights.
- Operate as a key problem-solver, responding to diverse customer needs across various products.
- Follow Standardized Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Interpret data and extract actionable information to support decision-making.
- Partner with a dynamic team to handle inquiries related to fulfillment, logistics, and more.
- Customer Care Pro: 2-3 years of experience in customer service (bonus points for experience with high-volume ticket environments).
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Zendesk, Microsoft Office, and web navigation (SQL knowledge is a plus).
- Problem-Solver Extraordinaire: Patient, curious, detail-oriented, and eager to find solutions.
- Great Communicator: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Team Player: Ready to collaborate effectively with others to create the best outcomes.
- Competitive Pay: $20-$22 per hour with overtime eligibility.
- Work-Life Balance: A 5-day workweek, Wednesday through Sunday.
