Employees are following the proper CDC guidelines and practicing social distancing. The latest technology allows our field employees to communicate with customers prior to their visit in order to avoid close contact and keep everyone safe.*

**Responsibilities**

* Answer incoming calls from our very important customers

* Resolve any product or service related issues; follow up to ensure complete customer satisfaction

* Schedule deliveries, dispatch service technicians and/or route representatives to customer locations

* Take payments and maintain customer records by updating account information

* Handle collection calls and maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments when necessary

* Prepare and maintain compliance and regulatory reporting (scheduling reports, open call, monthly maintenance reports, etc.)

Qualifications

* Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced fun environment

* Strong work ethic (honesty and integrity are key for this position and to our organization)

* Excellent communication skills including helpfulness and patience in dealing with fellow employees and external customers and vendors

* Exceptional problem solving skills

* Ability to work independently

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred

* Customer service and multi-line telephone experience preferred

Candidates are subject to pre-employment testing up to and including drug/alcohol screening, background check, motor vehicle record check, and D.O.T. physical, as applicable
