This role is responsible for identifying and developing new customer engagement opportunities, creating and cultivating strong relationships with prospective clients, collaboratively identifying consulting solutions based on client needs and challenges, and working with Partners and other T4 leaders throughout the new customer acquisition process. This person must be a strategic and critical thinker with a proven record of success in expanding markets and achieving or exceeding revenue and growth targets in consulting services.

Responsibilities:

Develop a deep understanding of Trans4mative’s offerings, customer-base, and project successes to become effective as a communicator of our value proposition

Drive new customer acquisition strategy for net-new relationships needed to deliver on the short-term and long-term revenue and growth targets

Ownership and execution of new customer outreach activities and techniques

Develop and maintain an on-going customer pipeline of prospects, active conversations, and opportunities aligned to our service areas for forecasting purposes

Engage potential new customers with appropriate preparation, effective thought-leadership, and depth of relevant thinking

Utilize a consultative technique to fully understand new customer needs and potential project opportunities

Collaborate with Partners and other T4 leaders to develop and present potential solutions to new customers

Support net-new customer expansion strategies and collaborate with Partners and T4 leaders from opportunity planning to closure

Demonstrate exceptional client service and client retention capabilities through proven record of quality service execution

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university

7+ years overall business development experience using a consultative approach

3+ years’ business development experience with management and technology consulting services in a solutions and project-oriented context

A strong network of established local client relationships including deep trusted advisor/supplier relationships with proven consulting buyers

Demonstrated ability to identify and create new client accounts using a variety of methods

Experience creating and maintaining a new-client outreach plan and active pipeline forecast
