Create and maintain the KTO global / unit category plan and budget • Ensure that the unit view is visible in the plans • Ensure that plans are in sync with product platforms and release plans • Create team budget with own line manager • Create and maintain a resource plan • Set team performance requirements • Plan work content & tasks • Assign responsibilities to team members

Execute category plan for responsibility area • Follow and ensure that category plans are executed with high quality and with short lead time and full chain cost understanding • Monitor and report performance and progress • Get early signals of risks /threats to team performance • Solve pro-actively issues

Lead, manage and develop the KTO global / unit category team to perform • Ensure the organisation has the needed competences globally/unit • People leadership (individual performance & growth) • Lead working method and tool development and know-how (identify needs and manage changes) • Networking (internal/external) to ensure collaboration and communication (collaboration w. other KTO teams, suppliers, partners,vendors, ...)
